Admissions
The Moorings Presbyterian Preschool admits children of all religions, races, ethnic and national origin. Priority for class placement will be given to all current students and their siblings, followed by church members and lastly, members of the community.
Admissions Process
Our admissions process for the 2023-2024 school year will be in January, for current students and new incoming two-year-old children. Parents may complete the registration packet found on our website and submit the $300.00 registration fee to the preschool office. The $300.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
Following receipt of the registration form and deposit, your child is then enrolled for the 2023-2024 school year. First months tuition is due August 1, 2023 and is non-refundable. No portion of any registration and tuition fees paid to Moorings Presbyterian Preschool shall be refunded. Notification of class placement will take place during the month of August via email.
After February 1, 2023, registration will be open to the public to fill any remaining openings in all classes.
Priority is given in the following order:
Currently enrolled children and their siblings.
Children and grandchildren of active members of Moorings Presbyterian Church.
Children on our current waiting list.
General public.
Waiting List
A waiting list is maintained for all children who do not secure a place in our program. It is common for openings to occur throughout the course of the school year or during summer months. The Moorings Presbyterian Preschool will contact parents regarding placement in the event an opening should occur. The Preschools always invites parents to affirm their continued interest in our program and inquire whether or not any openings have occurred.
Tours
We highly recommend touring our facility if parents are considering enrollment in Moorings Presbyterian Preschool. All tours are by appointment only and last 45 minutes to an hour. Please call or email with admissions questions or to reserve a spot for a tour.
